One suggestion, phase 3 has you filling in a lot of early skills in Nightblade, but as Im power leveling (merit, potion, etc), I jumped ahead to Homestead to grab the slicers, and noticed they put a life leach on Whirling Death, so I rushed that before back filling those earlier skills, and I really think it made a big difference in my progression speed. The great news is this build rocks prior to securing all the set items, and since both the Mythical and non-Mythical sets can drop helmet recipes, each can be crafted once you have the helmet recipes. And yes, Meltycakes can melt Lokarr you just need the right gear The melee builds are each the best for farming the bosses, but technically nearly each one can do Lokarr with the right gear. The Devotions that proc are: Rumor (Righteous Fervor), which provides a debuff, Scorpion Sting (Guardians) which causes Poison and Defensive reduction, Tainted Eruption (Ring of Steel), which is an AoE (10 meter) Poison hit, and Raise the Dead (Amarastas Blade Burst) which summons skeletons that slow and RR your targets.
