The lights on the keyboard will flash and it will enable the arrow keys, just hit those same buttons again to go back to using the Alt, Print Screen, Control and ? Press "Write to Registry" Now restart your computer and your issue should be fixed, if you need the other keys then do the same thing in sharp keys with the other ones (Alt and Ctrl) Good Luck!
